Branded Pure Aqua salt arrives at your door. The driver tops up your softener, takes the empties, and does a 30-second visual check.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. 30-day notice on the Standard, Light and Heavy plans. Pro-rata refund on Annual Prepay. No cancellation fees, no minimum term.
 
If you take Pure Aqua with you — free reconnection at your new address (still in our service area). Your subscription updates automatically.
 
Yes, you can use any Grade A PDV salt — Screwfix and B&Q both sell it. But the subscription delivery + top-up service + system check is significantly more convenient than carrying a 25kg bag from the car park.
 
We retry up to three times over a week, then we phone you. No interruption to deliveries unless we genuinely can’t reach you.
 
Yes. All Pure Aqua salt is Grade A PDV (Pure Dried Vacuum) salt, sourced from British Salt in Cheshire. Same standard as what Harvey and Kinetico use, just packaged in our bag.
